We are excited to announce several updates to our discount pop-up and customer support features. Here’s what’s new in the PERCS TokenGating APP:
Revamped Discount Display
For products participating in multiple discount campaigns, the discounts will now be organized from the highest percentage to the lowest, and then from the highest dollar amount to the lowest. This change will make it easier for customers to identify their discounts by value, from highest to lowest.
Easier Wallet Disconnection
Customers can now disconnect their wallet directly from the pop-up, eliminating the need to do it from within their wallet. To disconnect your wallet, click on the account button at the top of the pop-up, and then click the 'Disconnect' button. This update simplifies the process for customers to disconnect their wallet from the page without having to navigate back to their wallet.
New In-App Customer Support
We have added in-app customer support. To access this feature, click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner. Our chat support will be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday, Eastern Time.
Updated WalletConnect for Discount Campaigns
We have updated WalletConnect for our discount campaigns. All new campaigns will automatically include the updated WalletConnect pop-up. For ongoing campaigns, simply disable and then reactivate your campaign to update WalletConnect.
